WE OFFER GLOBAL SHIPPING WITH A FLAT RATE STANDARD AND FREE SHIPPING IN THE NETHERLANDS. PACKAGES WILL BE SENT FROM OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN THE NETHERLANDS.

YZLS IS DESIGNED BY OUR CREATIVE TEAM IN AMSTERDAM AND THEN PRODUCED BY OUR FACTORY TEAM IN ISTANBUL. ALL OUR GARMENT PRINTS ARE YZLS ORIGINAL DESIGNS AND EACH PRINT IS TRADEMARKED TO OUR BRAND.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE FOR A REFUND. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. GARMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED WITH SIGNS OF BEING WORN OR DELIVERED TO OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT OUTSIDE THE 14 DAY WINDOW WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR ITEMS USED WITH A PROMO CODE ARE FINAL SALE. POSTAGE COSTS ARE NOT COVERED BY YZLS.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
ONCE AN ORDER IS SUBMITTED ONLINE, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED. AS ORDERS ARE PLACED THEY ARE SENT THROUGH THE THE WAREHOUSE FOR PACKING, AND ONCE AN ORDER REACHES THE WAREHOUSE, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL IT. SHOULD YOU NO LONGER WANT YOUR PURCHASE AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST AND SEND THE UNWANTED ITEMS BACK ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
